How do.i cap Internet data when I reach my limited so I don't get charged

No need for any caps on data as it just stops when used.

Only business customers are charged extra for data over use and as you've posted in pay monthly I assume you are on a normal consumer contract.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

You need to contact customer services and put a £0 spend cap on your account, note this will also block all other chargable services
