Data when top up

Anonymous
Not applicable

Hello,

When I used to top up £15 I got 100 MB data. I have done it this time and I haven't got any data. Every day I am being charged £1 for using internet.

Why is this happening?

Thanks

What your being charged is called Web Daily.

As suggested contact O2 customer service to check your usage. Some phones have data counters in them so see what app is usinghiw much data.

And perhaps look at increasing your data allowance as suggested too if necessary.

There is a recognised problem with data resetting recently . You need to ring O2 CS to question this...4445 for Payg...202 for Contract...

Check in your My O2 as you may have used it all - 100mb isn't much http://www.o2.co.uk/myo2
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

My O2 or via text to 20202 will give you your remain allowance. As said, 100mb is scarcely adequate for a smart phone. Seriously  consider a different tariff, it's cheaper  in the  long run.
