I’m on a very old monthly contract with unlimited minutes/calls and data. This month my data has been slowed (to an almost stop) due to fair use policy, I’ve been uploading school work for my daughters home educating. I pay £24 per month for this, and buy my own phones.
When I look at my account it shows minute allocation as 0mb but says unlimited on a bubble on another page? Does anyone know what the fair usage? My husbands contract with another provider is £10 for 10gb and unlimited calls, I’ve not used this amount. Does this make sense... maybe time to leave after 15-20 years?

Data shuts off after 4gb on the old legacy "unlimited" tariffs.
