Hi,
It's a week since I moved from PAYG to pay monthly but my data allocation and usage does not show anything in the MY 02 app nor on the web site.
It just says "This information is not available at this time."

If you moved your number from the old PAYG to the new PAYM, then you will need to contact O2 to resolve, @smw55 - 202 or via Social Media, links below.
If you have a new number on the PAYM, you may have been auto-provisioned with a new MyO2 account - but so long as you swapped your number across, the account should have auto-updated. Now, around 08:15, is a good time to call O2 on 202. Good luck!
