Hi,It's a week since I moved from PAYG to pay monthly but my data
allocation and usage does not show anything in the MY 02 app nor on the
web site.It just says "This information is not available at this time."
It took a couple of days after the transfer before the login system was
updated with the ported number but the problem resolved itself after 48
hours without intervention.
