For some reason, without fail, my data drops dramatically between 10am-01:00am, all day every day.

Outside of these times, I get 15mbps+, however, during these times I get 1/2mbps if I’m lucky.

I’m being told there’s nothing wrong, but I can’t see how that’s so when it’s the same times every single day.

I’m not starting to get frustrated 😞

It just doesn’t do it in one place.

It does it every where I go, even places where it says it’s fine.

I could be 60+ miles from home and it does it.

@jonsie it’s literally every day.

No let off, for the last 2/3 months.

Call into an O2 store and get them to swap your simcard

It will be done in minutes for you

Other than that you need to try your sim in another phone to see if it is doing the same thing

@jonsie already had a new sim....

It does it in another phone... put a non o2 sim into my phone, it works....

Put another o2 sim in my phone, the data speeds are fine on that one.....

Most likely traffic management on your account if you've been deemed to be using data excessively in those times @LW687

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

@MI5 I rarely use my data each month, I have 20gb and use less than half each month.

They’re telling me there’s no TM on my account.
