Data not showing up

I am an NHS doctor - key worker and all my data was used up doing a video phone consultation with a patient. I then added a bolt on -for additional data, and had a text saying that 500MB had been added. However, I still am unable to  use this.

500mb isn't much these days.

Check if it's showing in your MyO2 http://www.o2.co.uk/myo2

sorry to hear that. unfortunately your going to have to give customer services a call its 202 from your mobile. I would do it at 8am in the morning if possible as the line is very busy at the moment.
