@Anonymous  You are not speaking to customer service here. This is a customer to customer forum. You can check your data usage if you log in to your MyO2 page. The system may have been offline at the time you checked as maintenance is sometimes done during off-peak hours. If you cannot resolve your problem, please call customer service. Best time to reach them is 8-8:30 am to avoid long waiting times. http://www.o2.co.uk/contactus

Hi Andrea2k, If you didn't reached your data limit point, and there is an issue around your area, then i guess that after O2 will resolve the issue, you will see your data usage changes again.

Just so I understand,  what exactly is it you want resolved?

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
Please select the post that helped you best and mark as the solution. This helps other members in resolving their issues faster. Thank you.

If you've run out of data then that is not o2's fault
