Hi,

 

I'm trying to add a top up data bundle to my device but it isnt letting me due to having just upgraded by tarrif.

 

My new tarrif doesnt start till the 12th Sep but I still need a data top up before then?

You will have to call customer services and ask them to override it to start earlier.

Welcome to our forum @Anonymous! Please keep us updated on how you're getting on and if you managed to get your data topped up ok. Did you try adding a data bolt-on?
