Data bolt on

When i bought my pay monthly iphone5 in January, the option was £41 inc. 2GB data, or £36 for 1GB, + £5 to add an extra 1GB, which the O2 person in the shop said I could do instead. However this seems to being charged at £10.00 for 1 gb extra on the online site.

It looks like that 1Gb bolton you are looking at is a monthly top up. You can always top up during the month for £10 and you will receive 1Gb for it.

The 2Gb bolton is a recurring bolton which costs £5 extra and overwrites your current 1Gb bolton. I don't know if it is on MYO2, I assume it should be, but if not you can always ask the webchat guys to change them or call Customer Services on 202 and ask them to do it?

If you want to change your bolt on you need to go into "MY O2" click on your account then "Change my Tariff" under your accounts summary. This will give you the prices applicable to your account.
