I have increased my tariff data starting next billing date, but I want to buy more data for this month. The app won't let me and just gives me a message about cancelling my new tariff. How do I get more data for this month?

You can't change anything once a tariff change is going through unless you can get customer service to do it for you Guide: How to find help & contact O2

Hi Bravo 

 

It may be because you have the tariff change pending on your account. You can also call 2202 directly from your mobile to add on more data.

Hi Bravo,

 

The app does have some limitations but MyO2 on the website should allow you to add on a one-off data bolt-on. This has worked for me in the past in store so I hope this helps.
