Call barred

My phone wont make out going calls or send messages i usually call customer service to get the bar lifted untill i get payed however they just keep cutting the call off before speaking to anyone. Help

Unfortunately you will have to try and get through to Customer Service. Its frustrating but you will have to keep trying as it will ironically be the quickest way of getting your issue resolved. alternatively you can email complaintreviewservice@o2.com but this may result in your issue taking longer to resolve.
