If you have recently changed tariff r upgraded, it may be that you have the incorrect bolt on for the type of phone you have.
Check with customer services Guide: How to find help & contact O2
Text ACTIVE to 2020 as well which should send you the correct settings
If it's an iphone check the APN in data settings too.
