I have 18GB monthly data allowance, which I got a text last month to say I had used up. The MyO2 app also reflected this. Fine, no problem, I just bought a 500MB bolt on. But now when I check my previous data usage on the MyO2 for last month (September) it shows that I didn't in fact actually use all of my 18GB data?
What is going on? How much did I actually use? I feel like I've been conned by O2 to buy a data bolt-on I potentially didn't actually need?

We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this
