My iPhone 12 hasn’t connected to any network since arriving in Rome today. 02 said my phone was due an update in May which it did and I went to Paris in May and everything was fine. Really disappointed that my phone isn’t working now.
i have tried the usual troubleshoots but had no luck. Can anybody help please?

Some things to try:
1 - Reboot phone. (or toggle airplane mode).
2 - Manually search for a different network
3 - Change data apn to "mobile.o2.co.uk"
4 - Turn off 4g (use 3g)
5 - Check with O2 for any roaming bars.
