You need to speak to the Payment Management Team on 0800 902 0217.

The opening times are:

Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm

Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm

Best chance of getting through is calling at 8 am

Please remove your phone number from this forum, as this is a public site, and you are liable if someone spams you or you get charges from reverse charge SMS

 

You need to call o2 Payment Management Team on 0800 902 0217 and they will tell you if that is acceptable, and whether they will bar the account until payment is made
