DPD says Return to consignor

Hello,

 

Earlier today I made a order, everything went through fine, the device was dispatched.

I had a stupid moment and contacted o2 to cancel order, but I then changed my mind straight after and contacted back and said I still want the upgrade. She said nothing been cancelled yet, so I thought all was good.

I just checked tracking on DPD and it says "request to return to sender" im guessing this is because I cancelled. But I then did ring straight after saying I still want. So will I recieve my order? Or can I atleast try and somehow still get it sent to me?

Any help would be really appreciated.

The opening times are:
Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm
Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.

Hi I have ordered my upgrade handset yesterday and it was due for delivery today had my one hour slot by dpd now suddenly its been returned to consignor and 02 customer service have no idea why neither do dpd I passed all the credit check and 02 have even been baffled by this as there is no evidence suggesting this has happened could anyone please help.
