DPD lost my phone + possibly chromebook

Hello. Looks like DPD has lost my phone + Chromebook freebie (In case they were shipped together) after I upgraded. I believe legally it's O2's responsibility to get the goods to the buyer. I'm paying a monthly fee for something I have not received. I'll have to cancel my upgrade under 14 day cool-off period because after browsing the forums it looks like this issue goes unresolved for over a month in some instances. Maybe @O2Sarah- , @O2Jonathan or @O2Emma can take a look? Thank you.

You claim the Chromebook separately so it's just the phone that needs delivering.

Looks like you should contact the sales team as they can help with that – message them on Social Media if that works best for you -on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG)

So I need an IMEI1 in order to claim that Chromebook and I can't find my IMEI1 without the phone. Hopefully I won't lose a free Chromebook caused by these delays. I'll get in touch with O2 via social media.
