I upgraded online yesterday and today I was given a tracking number.
However this number is not recognised on the DPD website - does anyone know why this would be happening?

O2 also uses DPD, that's what I.was told by customer services a while ago. As mentioned, try tracking after midnight.

Just to add. If it is DPD you have a good chance of it arriving. One of the best courier services in my humble opinion....
