Not a good experience for you but hopefully it's only a temporary technical hitch. I've never had such a problem in all the years I have been with O2 but I'm glad you managed to get resolution from live chat.

I can only presume they have limited staff due to the Easter holidays. Either way it is a poor experience for you and I sympathise. Thankfully you did get sorted in the end...
