I've called cs before and no problems. Yet today when I called the 202 and 0344 8090202 numbers I get past the menu to have the call disconnected. This is blatantly rude. If the call volumes are high then spare customers from going through the menus for nothing. Ended up using the Live Web Chat and what I needed was sorted. Still unhappy at wasting time using menus and getting nowhere.
Rant over, but would really appreciate this issue to be sorted.

Not a good experience for you but hopefully it's only a temporary technical hitch. I've never had such a problem in all the years I have been with O2 but I'm glad you managed to get resolution from live chat.

I can only presume they have limited staff due to the Easter holidays. Either way it is a poor experience for you and I sympathise. Thankfully you did get sorted in the end...
