Hi,
I had a high unexpected bill which i was unable to pay (£100 more than what my bill usually is) i spoke to an operator on the live chat who said my o2 account would be credited back the £100 however i have been debited the phone bill form my bank and i cant see anywhere on my profile this £100 credit?! now i am £100 out of pocket with no idea if i will get this back- anyone have any advise or had something similar?

If the £100 was a justifiable bill due to your usage it is unlikely to be authorised unfortunately.
If it was fraudulent, it will have to be investigated before you are refunded.
