Your credit score is a fictional number, and most entities are interested in missed payments, and defaults.
The best thing to do if you think something is wrong is to put a notice of correction on your credit file, and then log as a dispute with the likes of TransUnion, Experian, or Equifax, this can be done for free via ClearScore or CreditKarma and more...
