I've placed a new order and have been advised I'm being referred but no one can tell me what's going on just to wait for an email and have a wonderful day

O2 do credit checks on new contracts. You should hear within 72 hrs as to whether you have been accepted. Be patient. If you want to give customer services a call then do so Guide: How to find help & contact O2
