Hi, just recently i have applied for a pay monthly sim contract, however after pressing purchase it came up stating that the credit referral team had declined me. This has confused me a great deal as i’ve never been declined credit before. From this i’ve tried emailing the team and had no response, i have also sent follow up emails and still no response spanning over 2 weeks. This is not affecting my credit score and needs to be resolved quickly, can anyone help me with the best way to contact the credit referral team? Thanks
