I can’t pay my bill for this month due to covid-19 crisis. As i am not working and self isolating at home. Am I gonna get any time relief or O2 will disconnect my connection if I dont pay ?

You can reach the Payment Management team on 0800 902 0217.

The opening times are:
Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm
Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm

I have paid my bill already and still can’t my service back and can’t reach payment management team what kind of service is this specially this situation
