Why can’t I buy a data bolt on

I have tried for two days to buy more data for my pay monthly without success and for 2 days I have attempted to contact o2 on telephone to rectify issue with calls constantly disconnected

Are you trying through your MyO2?

hi , have you tried requesting bolt on using the below guide via my o2?

if that is not working then i think best solution at this time would be to call customer service on 202 or 03448090202
