Tried to chat with an agent who was willing to give me a link but lead to an outdated Twitter.
Whoever it was, was genuinely trying to help but to no avail. This sudden leaving is fine to price increase that I cannot afford. The current plan is my absolute limit.
The billing is for personal WiFi hotspot so phone numbers or SMS will not work. I don't have a mobile phone hence me needing a link to get in touch in a chat.

We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this

Alrighty, thanks! I'll send them a message and hope they'll get in touch soon. I just wish they'd have a link to them on their own site or app instead of the runaround that cost me hours.
