This phone is 2G and is considered a Senior's phone and has no internet
due to not detecting the SIM it can't receive messages nor send. been
going around in circles in customer services on this site for hours. I
can't speak so sending phone numbers ...
Tried to chat with an agent who was willing to give me a link but lead
to an outdated Twitter.Whoever it was, was genuinely trying to help but
to no avail. This sudden leaving is fine to price increase that I cannot

Ordered a Sim on 23rd of this month,I get billed the next day and
judging by the tracking, it hasn't been despatched. What's going on and
why hasn't it arrived? I've paid for four days and haven't got to use it
yet.
Alrighty, thanks! I'll send them a message and hope they'll get in touch
soon. I just wish they'd have a link to them on their own site or app
