Cost effective package.

Anonymous
Not applicable

I am extreemly hard of hearing and prefer not to use speech but text.  I use O2 pay as you go and its costing me 14 pence to send a text.  Is there a more cost effective package that I could use?

I did try to make contact through the customer service number on my mobile but it does not work.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)
