I returned my O2 sim two days after receipt as the signal quality in my area was not good enough. I have a proof of postage receipt to confirm this. It was another 11 days before I could actually get through to an agent at O2 to verbally cancel the contract and now 72 hours later I am being sent an email chasing a full month's payment plus potential penalties.

I thought I had a 14 day cooling off period. I don't mind paying for the 48 hours I had the card but I refuse to pay for a full month. I have tried to call you on the number on the email but that just redirects me to your website and there is no option to reply to the address on the email.
