I ordered a contract had emails ect of legal documents fixed loan agreement but haven’t heard anymore does this mean I have got the phone also they took money as the upfront cost

It sounds as if you have been approved. Though until you get a dispatch email we would have no idea when it will arrive. Only O2 can tell you  that Guide: How to find help & contact O2

No was no links it was just a fixed term agreement with the monthly repayments what phone it is ect

You've not received everything yet them. You should have your contract T&C's email to agree to. Nothing will progress until you do this.
