So I've been offered an early phone upgrade with a higher monthly contract price which is great, but my contract for this phone will have a bill created in about 1 weeks time on the 4th of March , so will I have to pay that months contract bill, aswell as pay another contract bill for my new phone before that becomes my normally monthly bill? So will I have to pay my old bill for 1 month and my new one at the same time for the 1st month?

No you only pay the one bill which is a pro rata rate for the difference in the two contracts until your bill is produced

Your second bill will be at the new agreed contract

So I have been promised that my upgrade order will be "delivered tomorrow" 3 times now. On my account it is still not processed. Still not delivered. Not even a message to say it is on its way. I have been a customer for probably more than a decade. Have 3 contracts. Clearly though my custom is not valued.

You'll need to call O2 and ask them for an update as we are all customers here

Advice from an O2 Guru regarding a way to get through:

When you call, you will be asked for the reason you are calling,

Stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.

Press 2 for Everything Else

Press 5 for More Options

Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to an advisor.

Press Upgrade, Lost/Stolen or Fraud if you have to.

8am is the best time to call
