My contract has just finished. At the moment I’m not planning on upgrading at the moment. I think if I move to a monthly sim only deal it will be cheaper but am I locked into another 24 month contract?  I will be looking for a new phone  in a few months therefore don’t want to be tied into sim only deal.

thank you

You can get a 30 day sim only but the tariffs aren't very good

There are 12 month too but it's your choice ultimately

@Val19

If you upgrade to a sim only from a refresh tariff you can upgrade again at anytime.

It does not matter which length of contract you choose as long as you upgrade to refresh again there are no penalties or tie ins.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)
