The money for my contract has not been taken out I’ve set up a direct debit it has been working just fine up until now

It's probably due to it being a BH. Just keep checking your bank for the next couple of days, if still not taken then contact customer services. All numbers in this guide Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support
