Cancelling order

Hello I was wondering if anyone could help I ordered the wrong phone for my upgrade today cancelled it ten mins after they said it has been cancelled and it says still out for delivery and showing up on my app I have rung three times today to cancel but I’m stuck

You may have to return it under the change of mind policy, if it says it's out for delivery

Well it says that they are waiting to receive the parcel at dpd but they told me three times today they cancelled it

If that's the case, then they will hopefully recall it from DPD.

I am really hoping so as I have waited long enough for upgrade and I mentioned about it 10 mins after ordering it so they have no reason not to surely
