I need to change my spend cap. The website says this should be done by contacting O2 on live chat, however I can't find any way to access live chat. I also can't find any information on numbers to call to contact O2. I understand that COVID-19 has made business difficult, but most other companies have their support staff working from home fairly sucessfully and as a telecoms company I would expect O2 to have been able to make arrangements for this fairly easily at some point in the last 5 months. Can anybody help me?

Live chat is very intermittent. Don't bother trying. Call O2 on any of the numbers in this guide

Advice from an O2 Guru regarding a way to get through:
If you call 202, when it comes to the reason you are calling, stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.
