Hi, moved to Australia and was with O2 in UK on pay monthly contract which hexpound its contracted period. Gave motive and transferred number to a pay as you go sim. But iPhone was not unlocked by O2 and so now have new monthly contract and sim from Australian provider but my iPhone is locked. Cannot find any way to reach O2 from he as phone number does not work, no email address on O2 website and live chat does not work here either! ny ideas as to how I can contact O2?
Many thanks, Paul

Contact o2 from abroad by calling +44 844 809 0200 35p p/min.
Also the iphone would not be automatically unlocked by o2, you would have to request them to do this.

Thanks, tried that number but my wife's Optus phone advises that this number has been disconnected, think there may be an issue calling 08 numbers from Australia?

Try +44 161 705 5000 or +44 113 277 2599 during UK office hours.
If you haven't requested the unlock yet follow the procedure here ::
