@pudd

I'm sure during this pandemic, all networks are having the same problem with customer services as many people are working from home.

Numerous numbers in this guide for O2 Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support

0800 587 4005 seems the best one to call.

Have you tried the numbers in here, @pudd ?

Sorry for the inconvenience this may have caused. Due to the pandemic they are patronising some calls though because they don't have much workers at the office.
All the numbers are here. Try the one ending with 4005, it has a good response rate. When you're given option please just select fraud or theft and they will connect you with someone

I hope this helps.
But you can also ask any questions here and if we have any knowledge of it we will try and help
All the best

Got a PC? Skype works well.

O2 is on all social media channels too, Twitter, FB, etc.

And all the freefone land-line numbers are in here, @pudd :

Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support

A degree of patience is required, though. Good luck!
