Just transferred to O2 with a pac code from bt but it hasn’t been actioned and can’t seem to get through to O2 to sort

When did you give them your PAC code?....Porting only happens on working days so if you did it late friday or yesterday it wont complete now til tuesday.

If it was earlier and on a working day then you will need to call them to chase it.
