The Contact Us - Chat is failing with a Server 500 error, so I can't speak to a customer Rep without calling?

Is this going to be fixed anytime soon?

Try a different browser or clear cache and cookies from the one you are trying on.
It does play up sometimes.

Oh well I never use the complaints chat. In fact I rarely use chat at all...I was simply testing for the op....

Hi @NightowlUK, did you manage to contact Live Chat ok in the end or are you still stuck? Any help from the above replies? If your query doesn't require checking anything in your account, perhaps the community could help you with it? Do let us know how you're getting on.
