Confirmation of joining 02 and number porting

Hi all,
Joined 02 on the 17th Dec...all seems to be working okay, number was ported across from Plus Net as requested. My question is though, I have had no email/text confirmation of any sort, as to whether all has progressed as it should have, either from 02 or Plusnet...is that normal or maybe it's beacause events were over the xmas period? Any info would be gladly appreciated..thank you
