Hey all,
So this might sound a bit silly but I completely forgot that I'm still paying for this O2 contract, I haven't used it in at least a year, I don't have the sim card or phone anymore, I still have access to the online account but I'm unsure how to cancel without being able to ring o2 from the phone/sim.
I already have another contract with another provider so I'm not looking at switching to a new tarrif, just a straight cancelation.

The old cancellation method would be your best bet https://community.o2.co.uk/t5/How-to-Guides/Cancelling-Your-Contract-A-Guide/ba-p/566774#M56526

I'm guessing you didn't keep your number for the new contract then. You will only be paying for airtime now so call them but you need to give 30 days notice to cancel.
