I'm being paid compensation as my replacement phone arrived one month late and I was told the money would arrive into my bank within 2 weeks. Its been a few days now and I just wanted to know how long does it usually take?

Generally a couple of weeks but worth chasing up with customer service Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support The best number to call on appears to be 0800 587 4005
