Hi, i got a community reward of 2.50 for December and another 2.50 for January, but I’ve never received the credits.

Hi @MI5 just wondered if the delay with the Community Rewards has been sorted out yet? I still haven't got mine for January 2023 of £2.50. Also, no sign of Community Rewards posting for February members.

I have a feeling someone somewhere in VMo2 is saying lets scrap the rewards on the o2 forum, and bring it into line in the Virgin Media forum, where no one gets owt..

It wouldn't surprise with the current farce with getting rewards applied to peoples accounts...

It's beyond incompetent now, but that wouldn't surprise me knowing what money grabbing bar stewards VM are.

I imagine Virgin Media are owned by Richard Branson. He's probably saying right now we can't afford this extravagance on 02 customers and needs our £2.50 for his Virgin space travel plans. 😄

Branson does not own Virgin Media. Just charges them to use the name.

VM are owned by Liberty Global and they are even bigger money grabbers
