Dear all,
Just looking for some help. I've been struggling with O2 recently to close down a contract. I've spoken to them multiple times on the phone and each time told something different. Initially I was told that that I couldn't pay off the contract as my name was different on my card (Recently changed). I sent copy of deed poll into O2 so name is now changed. I phoned again and was told they couldn't take payment at the moment as working from home. Told me to wait till my next bill to come through as that will have final payment and I could pay it all off and close account that way. Latest bill came, did not include final payment. I then recieved a letter saying that my final bill was due however to close the account down I still needed to phone and speak to customer service again. I've spoken to them again and have been told the same thing, can't take payment and just to wait. I've been waiting over a month now and it's getting ridiculous. Any suggestions?
