Use PAC on new network. O2 account will close instantly.
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

You don't need a PAC if you're simply moving to Pay and Go, just call them for a new sim.

If you are keeping your number but going with a new network simply give the PAC to the other network. They arrange everything, O2 will close your account and issue a final bill.

As stated, if you are staying with O2 but changing to P&G then just phone customer service who will send you the sim card.

Please confirm if you are staying with O2 or moving to a different network?
