Hi all,
I've got a number that is now inactive and the number is no longer showing on my account so I can't access the bill. Called customer services and the phone was put down on me by the phone system due to the coronavirus-caused down-scaling of the call centres and my query not being urgent. Found another artice on here which I tried to look for the 'unused numbers' on the My O2, bills and older-style page where the PDF's are downloaded from (for my currently open number) and I cannot find anything and a google search for 'O2 unused numbers' doesn't result in anything useful.
Does anyone have any ideas?
