Close a number down

Hello I have 2 numbers with O2 & only need my main number. However my 2nd number was upgraded in my local shop for an ultra s22 5g which I do not like ( too big ). My local O2 shop has since closed & not keen on ringing as have deafness. Is there anyway I can close number without having to upgrade again & pay amount owing. Just going round in circles online. Thanks

That may not work as you have two numbers, so if that doesn't help, you can contact customer service via social media without having to call:
