hi I ordered online says click and collect today said I’ll receive a email but I haven’t had one yet

You need to wait for the store to confirm they have a phone in stock, and this can be anytime of day. If they don't have it, then one will be delivered to store. 

 

Looks like you should contact the sales team as they can help with that – message them on Social Media if that works best for you -on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG)

Or you can call them on 0800 081 0255

That means nothing.

O2 still don't have a live stock system so many phones say in stock when they are not.
