I placed a click and collect phone order on the 16th of March 2020 via o2 online service. The selected store to collect this device is Unit 12b, Broadwalk Shopping Centre, Edgware HA8 7BD.

 

This store is currently closed at the moment due to COVID-19. The phone initial deposit and current Bill has been taking off my account. Please how can I get the device delivered to my address?

Its automatic and as long as your address s still the same as when you ordered it will be delivered to you
